Should you apply?
With only a few spots available, we are looking for those who are:
- Interested and willing to pursue your own development
- 5+ years experience leading people or projects
- Involved in or able to contribute to “strategic work” in their organizations
- Likely to assume positions of greater influence and responsibility (e.g. complexity of projects, revenue, # of people managed) in the coming 3-5 years
- Aspirations to rise to the most senior levels of leadership (VPs, GMs, CMO/CTOs)
- Ability to travel for in-person meetings
- Interested and able to create and contribute to new connections
