Because Jarrod believes that leadership is a challenging and lonely endeavor, he aims to build deep relationships with clients and their organizations so together they can accomplish and become more then they could have on their own.
Just as Jarrod believes that wholeness and integrity are important for individual leaders, he believes organizations must have structural integrity. This means that he helps leaders design all structures and processes to fit their strategies. Jarrod has led strategy articulation and organizational restructuring efforts for global Fortune 500s, high growth start-ups, and multi-company acquisitions.
As an entrepreneur himself, Jarrod experienced firsthand the challenges of creating a vibrant culture amid the demands of high growth. He has worked with organizations to develop leaders and create high-performance cultures. As an expert in MBTI, DiSC, Enneagram, StrengthsFinders, and the Fischers Personalities, he helps teams intentionally and systematically build authentic and distinctive cultures by leveraging each individual’s strengths. Additionally, he has organized large leadership convenings and has skill in facilitating simulations and educational experiences.
Jarrod’s business degree is from Arizona State University; his Master’s in Theology and Culture is from Seattle School of Psychology and Theology.
